The Rules That Govern Your Account

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zx778" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at zx778.com, including all games, features, payment facilities, and customer support services operated under the zx778 brand.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on zx778, linked to a verified Pakistani mobile number and containing the User's PKR balance, game history, bonus entitlements, and personal details.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transaction currency of the zx778 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback, or matched deposit amount awarded by zx778 under a promotional offer, as distinct from real-money deposits made by the Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total stake amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Providers" means the third-party software developers whose certified gaming titles are hosted and made available to Players through the zx778 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions may not register or play on zx778.

Where these Terms reference any statute, regulation, or other legal instrument, that reference includes any amendment, re-enactment, or replacement of that instrument. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register an account on zx778, you must: (a) be a natural person aged 18 or older; (b) provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and operate; (c) create a secure password; (d) confirm your agreement to these Terms by completing the registration process. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register accounts on zx778.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) zx778 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. zx778 employs automated and manual systems to identify duplicate account registrations. Where duplicates are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining balances forfeited in their entirety.

You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and during your use of zx778 is accurate, current, and complete. zx778 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zx778 Login credentials — including your registered Pakistani mobile number, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) delivered to your device. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

zx778 will never request your password via any communication channel, including WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Any communication purporting to be from zx778 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to zx778 support immediately.

You agree to notify zx778 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. zx778 will use reasonable endeavours to investigate and resolve suspected security incidents, including placing a temporary hold on your account pending investigation. However, zx778 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or to report a security incident promptly.

For enhanced account security, zx778 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. Biometric login options are available on compatible mobile devices and provide additional protection.

All financial transactions on zx778 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and in-account balances — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zx778 does not apply currency conversion charges on standard PKR transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment service provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Deposit Methods: zx778 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank, MCB Bank, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and selected cryptocurrency channels including USDT TRC20 and USDT BEP20. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits are defined by your account tier and displayed within the zx778 Cashier section.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified zx778 accounts are processed to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes and to major Pakistani bank accounts within 30 minutes under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended where identity verification documentation is outstanding or where a security review is in progress. Minimum withdrawal amount: 1,000 PKR.

Deposits made to a zx778 account are final and non-refundable except in specific circumstances, including technical errors verified by zx778 or duplicate transaction processing. Where a refund is warranted, it will be returned via the same payment channel used for the original deposit in PKR.

zx778 reserves the right to impose deposit and withdrawal limits at any time, including as part of responsible gaming obligations or in response to suspicious account activity. Players who have activated voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings cannot circumvent those limits by contacting support.

zx778 may offer Players promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by zx778 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these conditions before accepting any bonus.

• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are kept in separate balance categories within the zx778 account. Real-money funds are used first by default, unless a Player elects otherwise in their account settings.
• Bonuses are personal to the individual account and may not be transferred, shared, or applied to another account.
• zx778 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively meeting wagering requirements will not have those bonuses retrospectively voided solely due to a promotion amendment.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.
• Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirement completion. Game contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms or within the zx778 Promotions section.

HBL Pakistan Super League promotional offers available through zx778 during PSL season are subject to the same general bonus terms above, with any additional sport-specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion details.

All games available on zx778 are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface itself, as well as the general rules set out in these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the individual game rules displayed on screen take precedence for game-specific outcomes, while these Terms govern all account and financial matters.

RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on zx778 use certified RNG technology. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. zx778 makes no alterations to game mechanics or payout algorithms beyond those specified by the Game Provider.

Malfunction Voids Play: In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in game software, payment processing, or the zx778 platform infrastructure — the affected session or transaction may be voided. zx778 will endeavour to resolve malfunctions promptly and will communicate outcomes to affected Players via their registered contact information. No claim shall arise against zx778 for losses resulting from a bona fide technical malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zx778 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on zx778, or operating an account on behalf of another person without authorisation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to scrape platform data.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform feature to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through zx778 deposits and withdrawals.
• Participating in match-fixing, sports corruption, or placing bets on events whose outcomes you have insider knowledge of or can influence.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker games to gain a collective advantage against the house or other Players.
• Accessing zx778 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other method of IP address concealment.
• Accessing zx778 if you have previously been self-excluded or permanently closed from the platform.
• Any activity that zx778 reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the platform, its payment systems, or its promotional offers.

All intellectual property rights in the zx778 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, databases, and written content — are the exclusive property of zx778 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use zx778's intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from zx778 without the prior written consent of zx778. Game titles, mechanics, and artwork remain the intellectual property of their respective Game Providers and are subject to the Game Providers' own IP protections.

zx778 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits may not be increased without a 72-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which zx778 will automatically end your active gaming session and require you to actively re-enter the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from zx778. A permanently self-excluded account cannot be reopened. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.

zx778 reserves the right to implement responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including unusually high deposit frequency, large single-session losses, or rapid escalation of bet sizes. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice to the Player and are not subject to reversal upon request where zx778 deems the Player to be at risk.

Closure by Player: You may request closure of your zx778 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method in PKR, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds in your account at the time of closure are forfeited.

Closure or Suspension by zx778: zx778 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account — with or without prior notice to the account holder — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited activities.
• Provision of false identity or age information.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Detection of duplicate account registration.

Where an account is closed by zx778 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity or financial crime is established, balances may be forfeited entirely and reported to relevant Pakistani authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zx778's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, any account, or any use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their zx778 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zx778 accepts no liability for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits or opportunity; (b) losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; (c) losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or device failures on the Player's side; (d) losses arising from a breach of account security caused by the Player's own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by zx778's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by zx778.

In the event of any dispute between you and zx778 — including disputes relating to game outcomes, transaction processing, bonus calculations, or account closures — the following process applies:

Step 1 — Direct Support Contact: Contact the zx778 customer support team via WhatsApp (zx778official) or email ([email protected]), providing your registered mobile number, a description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. The support team will acknowledge your query within 24 hours and provide an initial response within 5 business days.

Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the initial support response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Registered Mobile Number]". Formal complaints will be reviewed by zx778 management and responded to within 10 business days of receipt.

For disputes relating to game outcomes on zx778, the recorded server-side data of the game session is the authoritative record and shall be used to determine the correct outcome where any discrepancy exists between what a Player observed and what the platform recorded.

zx778 collects and processes personal data — including your Pakistani mobile number, transaction history, and device information — in order to operate your account, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Full details of how zx778 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data are set out in the zx778 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on zx778, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by zx778, subject to any legal retention obligations that may prevent immediate deletion.

zx778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, zx778 will notify registered Players via their registered Pakistani mobile number by SMS, or by displaying a prominent notice on the zx778 platform at login.

Your continued use of the zx778 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using zx778 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.

The current version of these Terms was last updated in January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions of the zx778 Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of zx778 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
